Mustafa Erim, the partner and investor of erim ventures, was born in 1961. He obtained his mechanical engineering degree at Uludag University in 1984. Mustafa established his first engineering company ERGA Engineering just after his graduation. In 1989, he has founded Murat Akaryakit Limited, and led the family business for more than 30 years in gas station, construction, hospitality, livestock and agriculture industries. As an honorary member of erim ventures, Mustafa is collaborating in leading overall direction and strategy of the business.

Seray Erim graduated from Uskudar American Academy and received dual undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Koc University. Seray worked in the marketing department of QNB Finansbank Payment Systems for three years. She then took the journey of studying and living abroad and moved to Boston, Massachusetts, earned her master’s degree in International Marketing from Hult International Business School. Afterwards, she worked as a website merchandise analyst at Williams Sonoma Inc. in San Francisco for a year and she now is a partner in erim ventures.
